Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your personal details — name, email, phone number, photo, and any identity documents on file — from PaddiRide. It can't be undone. Records tied to trips, deliveries, and payments (yours and other people's) are kept in a form that no longer identifies you, since they're also part of someone else's receipt or a financial record we're required to retain.
The quickest way: from the app
Open PaddiRide, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. You're already signed in there, so it happens immediately — no extra verification step.
Can't open the app?
Enter the email address on your account below. We'll send a link to confirm it's really you — nothing is deleted until you click it, and the link expires after 24 hours.
What gets deleted
- • Your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and profile photo
- • Any identity or vehicle documents uploaded for driver verification
- • Saved places, push notification tokens, and pending verification codes
- • Your account is deactivated and can no longer be signed in to
What's retained, and why
Trip, delivery, and payment records are kept — with your identifying details removed — because they're also the other party's receipt or trip history, and because financial transaction records have a legal retention requirement independent of any one account. None of it can be traced back to you once deletion is complete.
